A four week course led by Aajan Anthony James and "Mukti" Michael Buck featuring Thai Yoga and Thai Massage classes, Herbal and aromatherapy classes, studies of Thailands grassroots healthcare, meditation, and interactive studies with local healers, Thai Yoga/ Thai Massage practitioners, medicinal plant experts, Ayurvedic physicians, and traditional village healers.
First of all the basic plan:
32 Day Program
- Thai Yoga and Thai Massage Training: 1) Buddhai Sawan/ Wat Chetupon Style Intensive: "Ayurvedic Thai Yoga", 2) SomaVeda™ Level Four: Lines, Wheels, Lines and Specific Remedies and 3) Supervised Practice 30 hours. 4) Daily SomaVeda™ Thai Reishi Hand and Hatha Yoga 5) SomaVeda™ B.E.T. Bio energetic therapy 6) Introduction to Nuad Prakhop Samun Prai: Thai Herbology, Application of Herbs and Herbal Compress Massage 7) Visits to local forests and farms with village healers, Yoga therapy practitioners and botanical experts 8) Optional Tours to Thai Ayurvedic schools and clinics 9) Cultural programs exploring the use of spiritual practices, healing ritual, Prayers, food, massage, Yoga, herbs and aromatic plants in Thai society. The "Land Portion" includes all necessary transportation, vehicles, Vans, trucks, rafts, elephants, accommodations (Twin Share) and in- country flights, buses or trains. Basically included is everything except food. Please note: that due to varied dietary styles, necessities, habits and allergies etc we can not include food as a part of this program. All participants must be responsible to purchase thier own food from available sources as necessary. All food types are readily available in Thailand although, in the "local" style! We are happy to consult with you in obtaining and maintaining a healthy diet while in Thailand.
1) Pang Lang Institute/ Chiangmai
7 full class days in with one or more Thai Masters (56 hours)
- 30 hours theory with Dr. James (SomaVeda™ Lines, Wheels, Points and Ayurvedic Assessment: intro to Ayurvedic Theory, level 4)
- 10 hours course work with Mukti, Michael Buck in Yogic Development, meditation and practice.
- 12 hours practice or optional massage with local practitioners.
- Thai Culture and philosophy/ with site visitation and lecture 5 hours.
- Total hands on/ credit hours: 70 hours.
- Eco-Tourism and interaction daily with the local villagers. Our school is located in Pang Lang village and waterfalls! We are supporting the nearby villagers, they in turn are teaching us about their ways and life in a personal way. After class activities include, trekking, waterfalls, river, assisting in the Coffee or Tea gardenting and cultivation, as well as local crafts. - Day 3, Bangkok:
- Orientation lecture, Optional Personal Practice in Bangkok: 3 hours on first day. 8 hours.

4) Bangkok/ Ayudthaya: (a $800.00 Value!)
- 9 days tour, lecture and practice 48 hours. (Including on site visitation and lectures at Wat Phra Kaeow, Wat Indrawihan, Wat Mongkut, Wat Pho, Amulet market and optional visit to the worlds largest out door market: Chatuchak Taalat)
- Optional Day trip and excursion to Ayudthaya: World Historic Site and pre-Bangkok era, former glorious capital of Thailand.
